SES Toronto, Here I Come!

I’m all set – I’ll be attending the Search Engine Strategies (SES) Conference & Expo in Toronto on May 4 & 5. It will be my first time actually attending the conference, which is a welcome change from just following it in the forums, blogs etc.

I’ve never been to Toronto – or even Canada for that matter, so it should be a fun experience. I tried to check out and see if there’d be a baseball game or something going on then, but no such luck. Coincidentally, the Blue Jays will in fact be playing my own Baltimore Orioles that week, but of course they are playing here in Baltimore and I’ll be up there in Toronto. Grrr.

Anyone else going? I’m sort of going up there on my own so let me know if you’ll be there at jon (at) ephricon.com.

I’ve pretty much mapped out my schedule for Day 2, which is impressive being as this is still a month away… Day 1 has me a little uncertain though, as for a few time slots there’s nothing I’m all that interested in attending, whereas for some others I want to go to two or all three of them! Would it be a faux paus (sp?) to give a session a 10 minute test drive and then get up and attend elsewhere once or twice if needed?

Anyhow, I’m excited. Hope to see many people there!
